The hotel's location was marvellous close to the town centre. Plus, we stayed relatively near a 19th-century pier. Rooms with a seaview had a family atmosphere. It was nice to find an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware.

We had the most wonderful few days there. The staff was amiable, amicable. Our location was great and fantastic close to the promenade. Visited Palace Casino, one of the tourist spots, located not very far from the hotel.

If we return to Great Yarmouth will be back. The place is brilliant and exceptionally clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff are excellent. The location is marvellous and incredible, 2 km from a free-entry fun park. It's in the local area which is another bonus. The restaurant is lovely, serves delicious dishes.
